Everything about Dr Rohani and his staff is absolutely outstanding. Despite feeling nervous about having Mohs surgery performed on my face, my entire experience turned out to be very straightforward. It began with the receptionist who ensured there would be no unexpected charges on the final bill. Then, during the initial consultation Dr Rohani explained clearly what to expect and how to prepare. Finally, the actual procedure went exactly as described and was virtually pain free. It was obvious everyone knew exactly what they were doing and they worked together as a team to make me comfortable and the surgery a success.

Dr Rohani and his staff are nothing short of wonderful. Dr. Rohani is extremely skilled, focused on perfection, does EXCELLENT Mohs Surgery, is personable, treats his staff respectfully and will ALWAYS do my Mohs Surgeries…. I had to have some skin cancer on my face (by between the nose and cheek area)removed. With the naked eye didn’t look to be too bad. Unfortunately, it was wider than it was deep. Dr. Rohani and his staff were amazing and made sure I was comfortable and reassured me the whole time. I fully expected to be very swollen and bruised; I was but no where like I thought I would be. He’s perfect wound closure is nothing less than amazing! 1 week post op and you could barely see the bottom of the scar. Now, 3 weeks post suture removal and unless you know it’s there, you can’t see it! I was so nervous and scared since it was on my face. Absolutely recommend him and can not sing his praise enough. My friends that are doctors and surgeons praise his work on me. Thank you!

Receiving a positive biopsy result for basal cell carcinoma (BCC) on my neck was a bit frightening. My dermatologist's office provided the names of three doctors specializing in Mohs surgery. Dr. Rohani was the first doctor I researched, and honestly, after looking at his website (including impressive before/after photos), reviewing his credentials, and reading all the positive reviews, I did not hesitate selecting Dr. Rohani. When I arrived at my consultation, I immediately felt at ease. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the office space itself was incredibly calming and comfortable. Dr. Rohani walked step-by-step through the process, and we scheduled surgery. I received an appointment confirmation email; however, the email also included a link to a detailed YouTube video from the American College of Mohs Surgery, a great informational packet on the "do's and don'ts" of surgery, and Dr. Rohani's educational background and medical experience. Dr. Rohani, and all the information he provided, certainly put my mind at ease after the initial uncomfortable diagnosis. On surgery day, I almost felt like I was at a spa. Everything was about keeping me informed, comfortable, and pain-free. I was even asked what music I wanted to listen to. Secretly, I was thinking the doctor should pick, because what if my choice annoyed everyone in the room? Note: Between my consultation and surgery, the results from a different biopsy revealed a second BCC growth on my forehead. We scheduled surgery, and while this one was a bit more involved due to the depth of the growth, I felt just as comfortable as the first. Both surgical wounds are healing very nicely. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Rohani and his staff. I highly recommend!!!

My experience with Dr. Rohani was great. I had a mohs procedure with him and everything from my pre surgery appointment to the paperwork and even the instructions for aftercare were clear, easy to understand and simple. He answered all my questions and put me at ease and the actual procedure was much better/easier than I anticipated. As far as my cosmetic outcome goes, I have been very pleased with it even just a few weeks out from the procedure. His office staff was very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend going to see him for these kinds of procedures.

I visited Dr Rohani’s clinic for removal of an SCC on my calf. On my pr-op visit, Dr Rohani was very patient and kind in explaining in a detailed manner the procedure, and answered all my questions, and concerns. On procedure day, which he worked me in to have me taken care of as soon as possible, was very appreciated! Dr Rohani and staff have a sincere commitment to their patients comfort, and all needs to include the offer of snacks, a comfortable chair, music of choice, TV, etc during the procedure! I also observed the kind way in which he patiently instructs his staff, and MA’s which went a long way with me, as I have a daughter in healthcare, and kind instruction by physicians to staff, or someone new learning, doesn’t always happen. Post procedure Dr Rohani also gave me his personal cell phone in case I had questions or concerns after. I did ask him when I could submerge my leg in water. He responded right away, and asked me to send him a picture of my incision to make sure it was healing well, and gave me the direction to allow a full 3 weeks post surgery, which is routine. I have never had a surgeon give me that type of personal attention, and I have had multiple surgeries! It is always directed to staff. Such a pleasant surprise, and a true confirmation of a a caring physician!
Dr Rohani is extremely competent, highly educated by the top educational institutions in the Medical field, and was referred by my Dermatologist for this procedure. Although I don’t welcome future occurrences of skin cancer, If I do, I will definitely be coming back to the care of Dr Rohani!

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Rohani. From the initial consultation through the final appointment, he was very informative with step-by-step explanation about the procedure. Three weeks post-surgery, he suggested giving the healing two more weeks to potentially avoid a skin graft. Fortunately, he was spot on, no skin graft required. I was very impressed with his surgical expertise but even more impressed with his ability to communicate. He certainly has the credentials and experience as the expert, but what really sets him apart is his ability to listen and keep the patient informed. I would highly recommend Dr. Rohani.

I had a terrific experience with Dr. Rohani and his team. He did an incredible job of getting to the cancer, removing it and restoring the aesthetics of my nose. On March 10, 2025, I was scheduled to have a basel cell cancer spot removed from my left temple fairly close to my left eye with the MOHS procedure. Because of its location I was concerned about whether or not the cancer had reached the eye. When Dr. Rohani examined the area he informed me of the outcome that I could expect including the possible interference with a nerve that affects the movement of the left eyebrow and eyelid. The surgery was performed carefully, skillfully, and accurately. All of the cancer was removed without having to continue with additional surgery which is part of the MOHS procedure. The nerve that affects the movement of the eyelid and eyebrow had not been affected at all. I was very pleased with Dr. Rohani. His surgical technique was excellent, and he informed me of everything that was going to take place before starting the surgery. He also asked me if I had any questions or concerns before any surgery was begun. Dr. Rohani has excellent caring skills in working with and in communicating with the patient. He also has excellent followup skills, responds quickly, and is open to any questions concerning the aftermath of the surgery.

I recently had a skin cancer removal procedure done at Rohani’s office, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, making me feel at ease. Dr. Rohani took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, answer all my questions, and made sure I understood the post-care instructions.

I appreciated how attentive the team was throughout the entire process, checking in with me after the procedure to ensure I was healing well.

My elderly mom needed a procedure to remove a cancerous growth from her cheek. Dr. Rohani explained everything extremely well before, during, and after the procedure. My mom has dementia and can be quite anxious and impatient. However, Dr. Rohani and staff were able to keep her calm throughout and we are well satisfied with the results! Three weeks out and you can hardly tell mom had a surgery, except for some minor swelling that should continue to subside. Excellent work! HIGHLY recommend!

I went in for a MOHS procedure and was extremely pleased with everything from start to finish. The staff was professional and friendly and Dr. Rohani did a great job. Within a month the scare was practically unnoticeable.

I had high expectations after researching Dr. Rohani’s education and reviews. I had never seen such uniformly high reviews across the board and they were on spot. His exemplary background and willingness to explain the process and recovery was kind and thorough. There was no pain and so far the 4” incision has healed amazingly. Pretty sure by the time I get to the end of the healing process there won’t even be a scar. He and his staff are simply THE BEST!!!
